Ada moved to the US when she was 13 years old from Moldova. Ada spoke no English and aside from her family knew no one.

As a first generation American immigrant, who did not speak English, Ada encountered many challenges. Ada had to work 3 times as hard but still managed to graduate from high school 2 years early.

During university, Ada took a job at McDonalds to become fluent in English.

Ada later obtained an Accounting degree and went on to spend the first 20 years of her career working as an Enrolled Agent; a tax specialist licensed to practice before the IRS.

Ada’s incredible work ethic, advanced tax knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, love for her clients and our community will be an incredible asset to Britt Group.

Aside from being an inspiring human being, Ada is a mother of 4 children and wife to Roman. When Ada is not working she enjoys cooking, eating, coffee and travel.
